1. Who we are

2. Informational content and pricing

The content of this website — including module descriptions, the integration catalog, the pricing page, the stack configurator and the “Build my platform” wizard — is provided for information only. Configurations, totals and shareable links are indicative estimates and do not constitute a binding offer: every subscription is confirmed by a written quote after an assessment of your infrastructure, and always includes a one-off setup fee defined at that stage. We may correct errors and change prices, modules and features at any time before contract signature.

3. Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, the Nucleo name and marks, software) are owned by Made in Evolve S.r.l. or its licensors. You may browse and print content for internal evaluation; any other reproduction or use requires our written consent. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site (e.g. Shopify, SAP, Google) belong to their respective owners; their presence in our integration catalog does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or restricted areas.
• Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content, and do not interfere with the site's operation (e.g. flooding forms or the share-link service).
• Do not use the forms to send unlawful, defamatory or third-party personal data you are not entitled to share.

5. Shareable configuration links

Links created with “Save & share this stack” store an anonymous copy of your pricing configuration for 12 months, after which they expire. Anyone with the link can view the configuration, so share it accordingly. Do not include personal data in configurations. We may remove configurations that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties on availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the website content, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code) or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites (e.g. software vendors in the integration catalog). We have no control over them and accept no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

We may update these terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page. The date above reflects the latest revision.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning the use of this website the Court of Modena (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum provided by law.
