Atomo is the AI layer of every module, not a module you buy. Each package includes monthly credits (1 credit = €0.01) — from 5,000 on Starter to 200,000 on Brain Scale — pooled across all your active modules: one memory, one assistant, everywhere. Credits reset monthly; top-ups are optional.

Pricing questions
Is there a setup cost?
Yes — a one-off setup, quoted after the assessment. It covers connecting your systems, importing your data, configuring the modules and onboarding your team. It sits outside the licence and is paid once; from then on you only pay the monthly or annual licence. Quotas and setup are two different things: the connections included in a package are the right to keep that number of systems connected, while the work of connecting them — self-service through the guided flow, or done by our team as setup, also for systems we already support — is what the setup quote covers.
How is the package determined?
Each module has one guiding number — products for Catalog, orders per month for Commerce, data sources for Intelligence, connected systems for Brain — plus the connections you activate. The smallest package that covers both is yours; in Catalog, language × market combinations are a package limit too (unlimited on Scale), and product records include every variant and draft. Each package covers one brand — outlets and multiple storefronts of the same brand count as one. Every feature is included in every package; only the included quotas grow. Exceeding a quota does not interrupt the service: the excess is billed at your package's overage rate for that month, set above the marginal price of the next package, so we suggest the upgrade as soon as the excess is structural. You can move up at any time.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every module and every package. Pricing follows the scale of your business — products, orders, data sources, connected systems and records — never the size of your team.
How do the discounts work?
Two discounts, both automatic. Multi-module: −10% with two active modules, −15% with three, −20% with all four (Nucleo Suite), applied to the whole licence subtotal. Annual billing: a further −10%. They stack. Example: the four modules on Starter list at €1,860/month and come to €1,488/month as Nucleo Suite, before the annual discount.
What is the Custom package?
Everything in Scale, plus what only a contract can carry: volumes above the public packages, customer-specific apps built under a separate agreement, contractual SLAs with 24/7 coverage on incidents, deferred payment terms and a dedicated roadmap. Same features as every other package, no public pricing — quoted after the assessment.
What does the licence include — and what doesn't it?
The licence includes the software, every update, bug fixes and the support level of your package (channel, response time, hours, uptime target). Never included in the licence: customizations and bespoke development, recurring training, operational consulting, new integrations (that's setup). Feature requests go to the product roadmap for everyone; customer-specific apps live under the Custom plan with a separate agreement.

Are prices VAT included?
Prices are VAT-excluded. VAT is applied on the invoice based on your country and VAT number (EU reverse charge supported).
