Pricing questions
Is there a setup cost?
Yes — a one-off setup, quoted after the assessment. It covers connecting your systems, importing your data, configuring the modules and onboarding your team. It sits outside the licence and is paid once; from then on you only pay the monthly or annual licence.
How do I know which package is mine?
Each module has one guiding number — products for Catalog, orders per month for Commerce, data sources for Intelligence, connected accounts for Brain — plus the software you connect. The smallest package that covers both is yours. Every feature is included in every package; only the included quotas grow. Go past a quota and nothing stops: the excess is billed at the overage rate for that month, and we suggest the upgrade when it becomes the better deal. You can move up at any time.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every module and every package. Pricing follows the scale of your business — products, orders, data sources, connected accounts and software — never the size of your team.
How do the discounts work?
Two discounts, both automatic. Multi-module: −10% with two active modules, −15% with three, −20% with all four (Nucleo Suite), applied to the whole licence subtotal. Annual billing: a further −10%. They stack.
What is the Custom package?
Everything beyond Scale: volumes above the public packages, customer-specific apps built under a separate agreement, contractual SLAs with 24/7 coverage on incidents and a dedicated roadmap. Same features as every other package, no public pricing — quoted after the assessment.
What does the licence include — and what doesn't it?
The licence includes the software, every update, bug fixes and the support level of your package (channel, response time, hours, uptime target). Never included in the licence: customizations and bespoke development, recurring training, operational consulting, new integrations (that's setup). Feature requests go to the product roadmap for everyone; customer-specific apps live under the Custom plan with a separate agreement.
