Pricing questions
Is there a setup cost?
Yes — every platform carries a one-off setup fee (capex), quoted once your Nucleo infrastructure is defined: which modules, which connections, plug & play or custom. Plug & play connections keep it light; tailored connectors are scoped in the same quote.
When do I need Nucleo Orchestrator?
Only for custom connections. Plug & play software connects natively to each module; any non plug & play software runs through Nucleo Orchestrator, which activates automatically with that connection inside. Note that Orchestrator is a monitoring interface over those flows (info and alerts) — data is managed in the modules it connects: orders and stock in OMS, products in PIM, assets in DAM. A fully plug & play stack doesn't need it. As an iPaaS module, the licence covers connections and records; custom connector maintenance is quoted separately after the assessment, based on your integrations — like the setup fee.
What happens if I go over my tier?
Nothing breaks. We notify you and softly upgrade you to the next tier at the following renewal — your flows, feeds and stores keep running.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card, on any Professional plan. At the end of the trial the environment locks unless you subscribe (data kept read-only for 60 days).
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 10% on Professional plans. Enterprise is annual-only, with custom pricing after an assessment.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every module and every plan. Pricing scales with your business volume: products, orders, storage, connectors.
Are prices VAT included?
Prices are VAT-excluded. VAT is applied at checkout based on your country and VAT number (EU reverse charge supported).
